At Burraq Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for tour packages, cab bookings, and related services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or confirmed through our official contact numbers.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled travel date.

Standard Cancellation Charges:

More than 15 days before travel: 10% of total package cost.

7–15 days before travel: 25% of total package cost.

3–7 days before travel: 50% of total package cost.

Less than 72 hours before travel or no-show: 100% of total package cost (no refund).

(Note: Specific packages, hotel policies, or peak-season bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.)

2. Cancellation of Cab Services

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time may be eligible for a partial or full refund (subject to deductions).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may attract cancellation charges up to 100% of the booking amount.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Transaction fees or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Cancellation by Burraq Tours

Burraq Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:

Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, weather conditions, political disturbances, road closures, etc.).

Insufficient bookings or operational reasons.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

An alternative travel date or package, or

A full refund of the amount paid (excluding third-party non-refundable charges, if applicable).

5. Amendments to Bookings

Requests for date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Any price difference due to rescheduling must be paid by the customer.
